Sea Shell Two Bedroom Town House - Canaveral Beachfront Villas

Newly remodeled in 2021, the property was originally built in the 1950s by the army core of engineers before establishing a coast construction line. The location of the building is the forward of the neighboring structures offering a stunning panoramic view of the oceanfront. Several of the launch pads at the space center are even visible from the second-floor deck. The private beach access is just ten steps from the back door. We are a Dog Only Friendly Property!

This newly renovated 2BR/1.5BA two-story townhouse is one of two at Canaveral Beachfront Villas, a 1.4-acre property located directly on the oceanfront. The property features private beach access and parking for two vehicles. The street has no public beach parking at its end, providing a quiet and peaceful surrounding for a beach getaway. This townhouse is decorated in a Seashell beach cottage décor with a glass-enclosed Florida Room on two sides. Walk out the back door, and you are less than ten steps from the private beach access.

An excellent choice for a relaxing vacation for families with children or a small group of friends. You’ll fall asleep listening to the ocean on pillowtop bedding with new linens and towels (as of July 2021). There is a king-size bed in the oceanfront master bedroom and a queen in the guest room, both located on the second floor of the townhouse. The second-floor full bathroom has all the details you would need that do not include your washing items. The first-floor bathroom is a half bath with a washer and dryer. In addition, we provide cleaning supplies, vacuum cleaners, broom, mop, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, and All Brand Non-scented Sensitive Laundry soap and dryer sheets. The main living spaces on the ground floor host a full kitchen supplied with all the details to cook regularly, a Dining Table & Couches; the enclosed Sunroom has an additional table and seating to enjoy the Florida Sun.

Our outside areas include:

A deck off the king bedroom with a table for four guests.
A first-floor patio off the Sunroom.
A front patio with a grill is shared with the adjoining townhouse.

In addition, we provide a beach pushcart, some beach chairs, and toys for use to enjoy the beach. There is also an outdoor shower and wash area for you and your family to help keep the sand on the beach.

We are a Dog-Friendly property. The beach walk is private to the property, and the city and state govern the beach. The beach is not dog friendly, and we ask that you keep your pups sand-free and dry while staying with us. We also ask that when you leave your pups unattended that they remain bark-free for the enjoyment of all our guests.

There are two reserved parking spaces, hi-speed wifi and cable with a Samsung smart TV in the living room and wall-mounted TVs in each bedroom.

Smoking or vaping in the townhouses are around the property is NOT allowed.
